Do you love Pie? Do you love chocolate pecan pie? This is a very decadent dessert and the original non-gluten free, non-vegan recipe came from my mother-in-law when she worked at a very fancy and famous restaurant in Chicago. Serve it with our whipped coconut cream.
Ingredients:
Pie Crust: white sweet potato, almond flour, potato starch, avocado oil, apple cider vinegar, salt
Pecan Pie Filling pecan halves, coconut oil, semi-sweet chocolate (sugar, cacao beans, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, and vanilla), maple syrup, flax eggs, organic corn starch, brandy, sea salt
Coconut Whipped Cream: organic coconut cream, organic powdered sugar, organic vanilla, rum
