Growing up on the farm I used to make meatloaf so much from our home grown ground beef that I had the recipe memorized. I made this a couple of weeks ago for a client and realized I missed this down home comfort food. Get a taste of the country with this meal.
Bison Meatloaf: organic ground bison, or organic walnuts & lentils, organic onion, organic garlic, organic zucchini, organic carrots, organic tomato paste, organic rosemary, organic coconut milk, avocado oil, paleo bacon
This freezes great!
To warm up in the microwave: place meatloaf on a plate. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds or until hot.
To warm up in the oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatloaf in an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot.
