Personal Chef & In-Home Delivery

Includes a list of 6 to 8 meal options that change every week that match your dietary requirements. The meals include a main dish and 1 to 2 side dishes.  We grocery shop and prepare the meals in a professional kitchen. Each meal will be individually packaged into its own container. The containers are all labeled and then will be delivered to your home to be placed into the fridge or the freezer. All meals are fully prepared and can be warmed up in the microwave, toaster oven or regular oven. There is no weekly contract. So you can choose to use my services when you need them: once a week, once a month or every other month.

In-House Personal Chef

If you have very specialized requests or would rather I cook at your house, I am available for a very small number of home personal chef appointments.

  • 1. A total of 14 meals for $259.00 plus grocery costs of $135.
     

  • 2. A total of 21 meals for  $315.00 plus grocery cost of $165
     

  • 3. A total of 28 meals for $399.00 plus grocery cost of $195
     

  • 4. A total of 35 meals for $419.00 plus grocery cost of $225

Sample Menu Items:

Vegan, Paleo, Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Egg and Processed Sugar Free

Sweet potato noodles in coconut white wine sauce with peas with bacon and branzino  or cannelini beans

Greek pasture raised organic hamburger or blackbean burger on a grilled portabella mushroom cap with tzatziki sauce and tomato and sliced cucumbers and Kalamata olives.

Lamb meatballs with cucumbers and harissa cauliflower rice, olives and tzatziki

Balsamic roasted tomatoes with Kalamata olives and Roasted chicken with pesto, arugula with a lemon balsamic vinaigrette

Lemon, fennel Tilapia, artichoke hearts, and olives en papillote
 

Moroccan grilled salmon or portabella mushroom with a chermoula sauce and ginger, cinnamon, allspice roasted butternut squash, roasted broccolini

Thai Lettuce wraps with organic ground chicken or ground tofu, cilantro and coconut lime ground chicken with coconut cauliflower rice (I use coconut aminos in this instead of soy sauce)

Paella cauliflower rice with shrimp or with artichoke hearts (this has a tomato, red pepper sofrito)

Salmon or Grilled Zucchini Nicoise Salad with a whole grain Dijon, lemon, dressing

Grilled rosemary garlic chicken thighs or eggplant with mashed cauliflower and asparagus

Cauliflower hummus with cucumbers and Greek lemon chicken with artichoke hearts and olives
