About Us
I am thrilled to share my culinary creations with you! I founded Nourish! because I believe in the importance of eating food grounded in the latest scientific research. Some ingredients are beneficial for your body, while others offer little to no nutritional value. My aim is to craft meals that are not only delicious but also nourish your body in the best possible way.
Meet Charity:
Nourish was started as a way to help everyone achieve a diet that is good for their body and mind. I believe that the food we put in our mouth directly affects how we feel and how our bodies function. That is why it is so important to understand what is inside the food we’re eating. I chose the name Nourish Me because as a child, growing up on the farm, the way I ate influenced my relationship with food later in life. I would go over to my grandma's house a lot for meals. Everything she made was from scratch and usually from the garden or orchard. We would sit down at the table and talk and eat. I always thought of these meals as truly nourishing! I believe that really good food has a story and is savored with friends and family!

What’s Special About Our Cooking?
All of my food is made from scratch with whole foods and no preservatives. I specialize in cooking food that helps reduce inflammation, improve gut health and especially help people who have autoimmune diseases.. There are many benefits to changing your diet.
Meet Jessica:
Jessica Chambers:
Jessica is a classically trained chef with a modern mission: to reconnect people with the food that fuels them. A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Austin, she began her career in professional kitchens but quickly grew disillusioned by the waste, processed ingredients, and unsustainable sourcing she witnessed behind the scenes.
Her perspective shifted while working on an eco-farm in Costa Rica, where she experienced the full food cycle—planting, harvesting, cooking—and saw firsthand how mindful choices can transform both health and community. That pivotal moment sparked her passion for cooking with whole, nourishing ingredients and helping others break free from the culture of convenience and waste.
Jessica went on to become the founding chef of YaYe, a plant-based, holistic concept in Denver, where she thrived creating nutrient-packed menus that celebrated sustainability and clean eating. Today, she focuses on teaching people how to understand the health benefits of food, cook allergy-friendly meals from scratch, and find balance without sacrificing joy.
At the heart of her philosophy is a simple truth: many people treat food as an afterthought, when in reality it is what fuels our entire day—our entire lives. Jessica believes food should be nourishing, sustainable, and made with care—not preservatives. By guiding others to make informed, intentional choices, she empowers people to take charge of their health one meal at a time.

HOW WE DEVELOP OUR FOOD:
Our recipes are developed using alternative flours like almond flour that replaces bleached wheat flour. We use macadamia nut butter, and walnut butter, or other healthy butter alternatives in muffins, cookies, and pies. We incorporate sweeteners that are good for you, like date paste, honey and maple syrup to replace processed sugars. “Our ultimate goal is for our healthy food to taste good AND benefit your body.” All of our recipes only include ingredients that benefit your health because your body needs all the nutrients it can get. Let me help you design your way away from processed sugars, artificial ingredients and unhealthy oils and fats and into delicious ways of eating vegetables, fruits, baked goods and whole grains.
