Get your hands on this light and delicous breakfast sammy made with our homemade sweet potato biscuits topped with a poached eggs, Norwegian smoked salmon, arugula and our delcious sherry viniagrette.

 

Biscuit: almond flour, potato starch, avocado oil, coconut yogurt, sweet potato, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and chives, Violife vegan parmesan - (Filtered Water, Potato & Rice Starch, Food Starch-Modified (potato), Coconut Oil, Salt (Sea Salt), Rice Protein, Parmesan Flavor (vegan sources), Olive Extract, Beta Carotene (Color), Vitamin B12).

 

Sherry Viniagrette: sherry vinegar, avocado oil, organic Dijon, organic garlic, organic shallot

 

Eggs: organic eggs, organic apple cider vinegar, Himilayan sea salt

 

Place these in the freezer as soon as you get them. Remove one from the freezer when you are ready to eat it. Remove salmon from the top and set on separate plate. Unthaw in the sandwich in the microwave for 30 to 50  seconds. Unthaw the smoked salmon in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
