If you have never had chermoula sauce you are in for a treat. It is the Moroccan version of pesto. It has a bright flavor with notes of cumin, cilantro, coriander, mint, garlic and lemon. It is a perfect fall accompaniment to salmon.


Ingredients:

Salmon: wild-caught salmon, avocado oil, salt, pepper,

Chermoula Sauce: organic cumin, organic coriander, organic smoked paprika, organic red pepper, organic cilantro, organic parsley, organic mint, organic garlic, organic lemon

 

To warm up place salmon on a plate and microwave for 30 seconds. Top with chermoula sauce.
