Please place your order between Friday and Saturday at Midnight

New menus will be put up every Thursday by midnight.
Our Meals are delivered to your door in Denver, Lakewood, Superior, Louisville, Arvada, Wheatridge, Aurora, Castle Rock, Golden and Highlands Ranch. Pick up can be arranged outside of our delivery area.
There is a $50 minimum order and FREE delivery on meals over $75.
Heating Instructions and a List of Ingredients are included with the menu items on our website to reduce paper waste

You will find I have priced a main entree or protein in 1 serving size without any sides so you will have the freedom to choose your sides based on your dietary preferences and likes and dislikes.
All of our food starts as organic, grass fed or wild caught raw ingredients and is made from scratch not bought at a restaurant store and reseasoned or resauced like most delivery services. We control every ingredient that goes into your food to ensure it meets our very high standards. You can feel the difference in your body & brain function and taste it.
All of our food is naturally gluten free. We put a lot of time and energy into being the best tasting gluten free option there is not just making you something you can eat without getting sick.
A lot of our items can be frozen and kept for later. Read the descriptions to see if the item you are ordering can go in the freezer.
