This delicious lasagna helps those of us who can't eat dairy still enjoy some satisfying Italian food and is a healthy alternative.

 

Lasagna: macadamia nuts or almonds, cashews, pepitas, organic coconut yogurt, organic nutritional yeast, organic basil, organic oregano, organic lemon, juice, avocado oil, vegan parmesan cheese: made with organic hemp seeds and spices,  organic zucchini, avocado oil, organic garlic, organic onion, organic tomatoes, organic oregano, organic maple syrup, salt, organic red pepper flakes,& organic rosemary, red wine, organic balsamic, organic mushrooms, organic tomato paste, organic walnuts, organic lentils

To warm up in the microwave: place lasagna on a plate and cover with a paper towel. Microwave for 50 to 60 seconds or until hot.

 

To warm up in the oven: preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place meatloaf in an oven safe dish and cover with aluminum foil and cook for 5 to 10 minutes or until hot.
