Cancellation & Refund Policy for The Nourish Chef

Nourish Me ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Charity Phillips, and referred to throughout this website as “The Nourish Chef” for marketing purposes, provides the following cancellation policies for catering services and hosted events.

At The Nourish Chef, we understand that plans may change. To ensure the best possible experience for all our clients and to allow adequate time for adjustments, we have established a straightforward cancellation policy for our catering services and hosted events.

1. Cancellation of Catering Services (Menu Creation, Event Catering, etc.)

Our catering services, including menu planning, food preparation, and event catering, require careful planning and preparation. Therefore, we request that cancellations be made as early as possible.

Cancellation Notice Period: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
Penalty Fee:
- 14 days or more prior to the event: No penalty, and a full refund of any deposit made.
- 7 to 13 days prior to the event: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 7 days prior to the event: The deposit is non-refundable, and an additional 20% of the total service fee will be charged to cover incurred costs.

2. Cancellation or No-Show for Events Hosted by The Nourish Chef

We strive to create meaningful and enjoyable events for our guests. To help us manage event attendance and offer these experiences, we have established the following cancellation policy for events hosted by The Nourish Chef:

Cancellation Notice Period: If you cannot attend, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the event start time.
Penalty Fee:
- 48 hours or more prior to the event: Full refund of any prepaid registration fees.
- Less than 48 hours or no-show: No refund will be issued.

3. Additional Information

Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days of a cancellation request, depending on your bank's processing times.
Modifications: We reserve the right to make exceptions or adjustments to this policy based on specific circumstances.
